In Firefox 3, you also have to add
menubox, toolbox, toolbar {
-moz-appearance: none !important;
border: none !important;
}

It\’s a modded gfxOasis visual style … More screenshots can be found here ;)

You can find the original theme somewhere @ gfxoasis, but sadly enough I don\’t have permission to distribute my modded theme …
