Convert your file to ISO using PowerISO?

Pls help me i did everything ……bt according to your instructions …PowerISO saves the original ISO as a different file with a different format that is…..POWERISO……so because of this format when i run windows 7 USB tool….it dosn’t shows that new file that poweriso …recntly saved……so i cannot select that file because it isnt An ISO….
