Jo, That’s the “Automatic capital letter of blog’s name in header.” as you can read here.

To disable it, either remove the code from header.php, or add “display: none” to the #capitalH defenition in style.css.

Hiya, I used your simplifisticate-165 theme for my site (it’s a temp site until I make sure all is fine). I love the original layout and I just tweaked with it here and there. Though there is this one thing, I uploaded and replaced the rotate.php in the header with my .gif file. Now, when you look at it in the I.E. browser, there’s this other image on top of my new header image, almost like a watermark. It’s not so noticeable in FireFox though. Any idea why that’s happening?

Open up your admin panel, and go to write > write page. As title you can put “guestbook”, as text something like above here, or you can leave it empty…

Now go to Page Template in the left menu, and choose “guest book” as template. That’s all. The Guestbook link will show up in ‘pages’.

Funbagos, heb je verschillende (minstens 1) prentjes in de /wp-content/themes /simplifisticate-165 /headerimages/ directory gezet? Ze zouden als resolutie 500×150 moeten hebben, en JPG, JPEG, GIF en PNG worden ondersteund.

Ik had eerst het thema al aangepast naar mijn normen en daar zijn inderdaad helaas een paar dingen bij gesneuveld, zoals de vermelding onderaan naar je site. Maar dat was maar om een beter beeld te krijgen van alle mogelijkheden en om het mezelf overzichtelijker te maken. Geen slechte bedoelingen of zo.

Eens de site operatief is (dat zal begin augustus zijn) dan zorg ik er zeker voor dat er onderaan terug een link staat naar Damn.be.

One question, in cell phone and PDA browsers, i don’t get the images. I replaced the_excerpt with the_content and all pages are fine on big computers, is there something detecting the browser and switching off images somewhere?

Zeer onder de indruk van het thema en de aanpak. De wisselende foto in combinatie met de grote letter is schitterend. Twee vragen:
Komt er ook een Nederlandse versie (ikzelf heb nogal wat zitten vertalen in po files en php code).
Is het gastenboek spamproof. Ik ben weken bezig geweest met een script op http://www.johnmartyn.nl om het schoon te krijgen en weet niet hoe je het hier hebt aangepakt. vrgr

Here is a suggestion: I think you could organise a “FAQ” section. It is better than using a guestbook.

There is a error when I was using your great theme, Milc 2 or 3. All the links in the content is invalid on the homepage. But when I enter one of the topics, the links work again! There is no problem for the theme Bleu. Please tell me how to fix it! I really love these theme!
